Yikes! Lindsay Lohan was shopping in INA, a boutique in New York City, NY while sporting a “no make-up” look.  She was looking a bit scary, and cracked out, not a good look for Miss LiLo. Although, I do condone her for being brave enough to go into public without her mask on — not all celebs can do that!
